Healthcare Support Services

Within our Health Industries Advisory Practice (HIA) at the Virtual BOA, we work on behalf of hospital clients all over the country in their billing and A/R departments, researching and resolving outstanding and denied medical claims. Our positions are not collecting from patients, but instead we work to correct claims data and collect payment from the insurance company or government agency.  The end goal is to help the patient only pay out of pocket what they were expecting when the medical service was provided, therefore getting the benefits they are due. The many career opportunities at the Virtual BOA are all research driven and analytical in nature, sometimes compared to solving complex puzzles. In addition to our home grown internal Res*Q network, we have direct access to industry leading EHR and hospital billing software platforms which we use to resolve our claims. Our state of the art training, benefits, and growth opportunities allow for candidates to excel in a fast paced industry.

The HIA vertical offers a flexible work schedule to help provide exceptional work life balance to our employees, with minimum core hour requirements of 9:00am-3:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 9:00am-12:00pm on Fridays.
